Tanya Colford is a Mortgage Agent with over 10 years of experience in the Northumberland County area and is excited to work with you and your family to find the mortgage solution that works best for you. Previously, Tanya worked for many years in the financial industry with multiple major financial institutions. Eventually, she was tired of the sense of disconnect from clients, and wanted to be able to bring more to the customer experience. Working as an independent mortgage agent with the Mortgage Diversity Team allows her to do this, by giving her access to multiple lenders, so she can investigate all options available for her clients, and find the mortgage product that is right for their specific need. Tanya most enjoys meeting new people and helping them fulfill their home ownership dreams and her focus is always on finding the best solutions for every individual person. There is no one size fits all for mortgages, and Tanya will work to find the perfect fit for you.
